The flavor of teriyaki sauce is synonymous with good Japanese dining. In our Unagi sushi roll this familiar sauce enrobes the sometimes not so familiar unagi, which is eel meat. Along with the eel, this roll is stuffed with spinach, carrots and pickled cucumbers for a bite of acidity. The whole package is delicately wrapped in a thin sheet of nori and seasoned sticky rice, with a sprinkling of toasted black sesame seeds.
