Our Thai Curry Pesto is made from a blend of fresh lemon grass, ginger, chilies, coconut, lime leaves, tamarind and fresh curry leaves. This delicious concoction can be used in countless ways; use it as a marinade and sauce combo for all kinds of proteins, as a flavoring or base to soups and sauces, or use it to add both moisture and flavor to a stir fry.
