Tandoori is a classic combinations of Indian flavors, including spices like garlic, cayenne, coriander, cumin, ginger, cardamom and cinnamon. This marinade is spicy and aromatic. It’s delicious for bathing chicken, lamb or even beef in before sending it off to be grilled over an open flame. Or, try combining a few tablespoons of this sauce with some plain Greek yogurt or sour cream to create a creamy sauce. The cooling effect of the smooth dairy is a wonderful compliment for the intense spice of this Indian staple.
